Hats For Brenham project.

Here are 19 of the 20 hats I made for Kate at When hello means goodbye.



I am also encluding a couple of blankets. Kate it would make me very happy if you kept one for your future child whom you will be adopting. Whichever one you would like to keep would be okay with me.



After I finish # 20 these will be in the mail on Tuesday so they make it to Michigan before the end of the month.
I hope Kate takes photos of all the items that she gets for this project. It would just be interesting to know how many she has gotten and where all they came from.

Boo, boo, must be redone

In making preemie hats to send to Katie in Michigan, I had a bit of a problem with the first one.

Everybody who sees this photo agrees with me, the top one just isn't right.
Someone told me it needed a piercing.......ha, right,




I honestly could not leave it looking like that, I took it apart and redid it.
I don't very often have to redo things, but I simply could not ship this off to Michigan to be given to a baby looking like that!
It now looks like the other two with a pom pom on top of it.
